SUBJECT: WAKE UP CALL TO RIGHT TO INFORMATION FROM MANAGEMENT OF ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE
I am adducing email sent to Oriental Bank of Commerce where I have asked for specific information and documentary evidence as regards to fraudulent charge on immoveable property by erstwhile Global Trust Bank branch located in Ahmedabad. Some of the messages have been posted on the link Till date they have refrained from furnishing a detailed transparent and honest detailed findings.
I am marking a copy of present email to them. In case they do not volunteer to furnish necessary documentary evidences and satisfactory information on their own by marking a copy to your Excellency and the undersigned by detailed email , then their silence confirms that they have tacitly accepted that they have colluded with Jatin Jalundhwala and Core Health care to let them go scot free for their fraudulent acts and are using illegal means to grab the property rights while depriving me of my legal rights.
I am marking a copy of the present email to media persons so that the management of Oriental Bank of Commerce wakes up immediately and take legal action on the management of GTB as well as management of Core Healthcare group immediately.
I humbly request you to observe whether the top management of Oriental Bank of Commerce volunteers to send email to you and the undersigned within next two working days or not .
In case they fail to furnish such information they are already tarnishing your image as President of India in eyes of people and media
You can determine course of action on such indifferent top management team of the bank especially when the Registered office of Oriental Bank of Commerce is in New Delhi itself.

I am annexing email sent to Ms. VIDYA RUDRA , ERSTWHILE GTB BRANCH AT CG ROAD , AHMEDABAD for your reference and information.
Your silence confirms that the creation of charge was illegal and fraudulent and you are accepting that you have encroaching the property illegally.
I am passing on the information to various investigating agencies other than Reserve Bank of India on account of your indifference and lack of transparency.
Please note that she has also maintained silence meaning that she accepts that she does not have any defense and she accepts that the possession notice given was illegal and also confirms that this has the blessings of the management of Oriental Bank of Commerce which includes present Chairman and Managing Director of Oriental Bank of Commerce.
